The Punisher attempts to defeat Snake, but he shoots and flees. Wounded and in custody of Interpol in France, Punisher is momentarily on the sidelines, although he manages to escape together with Morgan Sinclair and continue the pursuit of Snake. This one, along with Fast, shoot down the helicopter where Frank and Morgan go, but they manage to land safely. Meanwhile, Kingpin continues to assert his control over Europe.
