The Punisher travels to England on the trail of Snakebite, a mercenary who works for Kingpin. Interpol tries to stop him but Frank is helped to escape by another Watcher named Outlaw (Outlaw). Together they search for Snake, questioning criminals with their usual methods until they find him in a Eurotunel under construction, where he holds Morgan Sinclair, a construction supervisor, as a hostage.
